I work for the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. We chartered two minibuses last week with Aries Charter Transportation Inc. during an event in Chicago. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Both buses arrived on time and were very comfortable throughout the journey. Our drivers, Karl and Erek, were courteous and drove safely, making everyone feel secure and well cared for. Nick Trevino was also very helpful in helping us to choose the right vehicles and in facilitating the transaction. Overall, it was a really great experience.

Nick and his crew were amazing! We used Aries for our transportation from the hotel to the venue for our son's wedding. At the last minute we realized we may need another bus. He did not try to upsell us, but recommended a smaller bus, which worked out great. The drivers were super friendly and tolerated a loud late night crew on the way back to our hotel. I would definitely recommend them for any wedding transportation needs.

Aries charter was great to work with for our wedding. They were able to provide a trolley with a wheelchair lift, which was difficult to find! Sam was great to work with. We made multiple changes along the way and Sam was so flexible and easy to communicate with. They were able to provide multiple transportation options to our guests throughout the night. They were on time and all the drivers were kind and professional. We appreciate them in helping us get our guests back to the hotels safely and recommend using them for your transportation services!

I have used Aries twice with great results each time. I used their car service recently as a ride home after a concert and it worked perfectly. I am always impressed with the service and professionalism.

We hired Aries Charter Transportation for a transfer from a major hotel in the loop to Union Station of about 30 guests from out-of -town who came to Chicago for our son's wedding. Upon arrival to Naperville Station there was a beautiful trolley waiting for them to take them on a one hour tour to major sights in downtown Naperville and the last stop was at our house in Aurora for a farewell brunch. Several family members mentioned this was one of their favorite highlights of the entire trip, They also spoke highly of the trolley driver. We whole heartedly recommend this company.. They were 100% reliable and everything worked out perfectly for us. We will definitely keep them in mind for future events.

We rented a trolley shuttle for our wedding in downtown Chicago through Aries. The shuttle was very prompt and the driver was friendly. The prices were favorable compared to other options we looked at and the process of hiring Aries was easy. Highly recommend!

I worked with Nick from Aries Charter to book a trolley/brewery crawl for my husband's 30th birthday and it was so much fun!! Everyone in our group (21 people + a 5 month old baby) had a great time and agreed that our driver, Eric, was awesome and extremely accommodating. We were able to bring our own alcohol on board, connect our music and have our own dance party between stops. Eric was laid back and flexible with our schedule and never made us feel rushed at any of the stops. Everything from planning to coordination on the day-of was absolutely seamless. We recently used Aries Charter for our large State of the Company meeting from the west loop to Soldier Field. All the buses were on time waiting for us and each driver friendly & professional. We highly recommend them. They did a great job !

Aries is simply one of the best companies in Chicago! I booked cars, buses, trolleys and other vehicle for a living, they always get right back to me...I used 6 Trolleys last Thursday, they all showed up early, drivers dressed in a uniform, they all had their itineraries, we had to move some of the trolleys before loading, the drivers couldn't have been more helpful! BIG FAN!

We had such a great time last night at the Cubs game as we adventured from our team offsite in Chicago.. and the Aries Shuttle driver was just perfect! Great with communication on text and more!! We had zero issues!

Used Aries Charter for the second time in half a year! First was for my wedding and it was great service and this past weekend for a bachelorette party of 20 girls. They were extremely professional and responsive throughout both booking processes and the drivers were nothing but kind and professional. Aries Charter saved my day for a very important business event. Even though they were out of vehicles at the time I called, they were able to procure an excellent last minute substitute 29 passenger minibus and driver for a seamlessly wonderful experience. Aries will always be my go-to transportation company for superb customer service!

We used Aries for all our wedding transportation and would highly recommend them! We worked with Ericka and she was so patient and helpful in organizing our complicated transportation needs over the course of several months – we ended up with a van to drive the wedding party around for photos, two large charter buses to transport 90 guests from our ceremony to the reception, and they also coordinated a black car for our ceremony exit. Everything was on time, the vehicles were clean and attractive, and the drivers were super professional. Aries is also very reasonably priced compared to other vendors in Chicago. 10/10!

Our organization, AAABNA, recently used Aries Charter for a weekend trip to Tulsa Oklahoma. We had a very modern bus with electric outlets and USB ports in every seating area. The bus was equipped with WIFI, monitors for viewing programming or movies, music if preferred, and a PA system. Most importantly the drivers were courteous and accommodating.
